Return Eligibility

– Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

– Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags still attached.

– Final sale items, gift cards, and clearance items are not eligible for returns.

How to Initiate a Return

**Prepare Your Package:** Place the item in its original packaging and include a copy of your order confirmation or receipt.

**Shipping:** Use a trackable shipping service to return your item. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Return Shipping Costs

– Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.

– If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Refund Process

– Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days.

– Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank to process the refund.

Exchanges

– We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or colour, please return the original item and place a new order.

Why doesnt Love Fitness have a phone number?

Love fitness does not have a call centre and we are not set up to handle high volume of calls.

Love fitness was built online including our integrated support.. We will aim to answer any queries within 5 working days.
